Is the head coach of the Western Ontario Mustangs… has gone 24-11 since joining the Mustangs… led his team to the 2008 Mitchell Bowl and took part in the 2009 Yates Cup and 2008 Desjardins Vanier Cup… was a Grey Cup winning running back and head coach… as head coach of McMaster University won a record-tying four consecutive Yates Cups and compiled an overall record of 42-12-2… became Western’s offensive coordinator in 1992 and helped the team win two Vanier Cups… in 1997 became head coach at McMaster and in his second year he led the team to their first playoff appearance in twelve seasons… was named 2000 CIS Coach of the Year.
